Refund Policy

All sales are final.

PayPay.cards sells prepaid digital redemption codes that are delivered immediately upon payment. Once a code has been issued, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged, regardless of whether it has been redeemed.

If your code has not been redeemed and has expired, it cannot be reactivated. Codes expire 7 days after purchase.

By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) as soon as the code is delivered.
